TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
1 General provisions
- The online store, operating at https://emanui.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the: “Online Store”), is run by She is Lucid sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Łowicka 58 lok. 10, entered in the register of enterprises of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court in Warsaw under the KRS number 0000717684, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5213812345, Statistical Identification Number (REGON): 369430772. (hereinafter referred to as the: “Seller”).

- All prices of products presented on the website of the Online Store are gross prices (including VAT).
- All prices presented on the website of the Online Store, as well as descriptions of products, constitute only a commercial information and not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. For the purpose of concluding a particular agreement, the prices shall become binding once the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order.
- The Seller hereby reserves the right to change the prices of the products presented on the website of the Online Store, to publish information concerning new products, to carry out and to cancel promotional campaigns on the website of the Online Store, or to modify them.
- The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the products presented on the website of the Online Store correspond with the current stock of the Seller. In case the ordered product or a part of the ordered product is unavailable, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer thereof.
- To place an order in the Online Store, one has to fully accept the Terms and Conditions.
2 Transaction
- An order can be placed in the Online Store by filling in appropriate forms on the Online Store's website.
- When placing an order, the Buyer is obliged to provide correct personal data.
- After receiving an electronic message about the order placement, the acceptance of the order shall be confirmed by the Seller electronically. Once the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order, the agreement shall be deemed concluded.
- The Seller shall confirm the conclusion of an extramural agreement to the Buyer on a durable medium within a reasonable time after its conclusion, upon delivery of the product at the latest.
- Order processing starts without undue delay after the conclusion of the agreement.
3 Payment
- The Online Store accepts the following forms of payment:
- bank account transfer,
- Bank account transfer – money are transferred by PayU system (by payment cards), traditional bank transfer or online transfer. The Buyer does not incur any additional costs for this form of payment. Order processing starts immediately after the contract is concluded and after the PayU account is credited.
- The payment is deemed to be executed once the money are registered on the account of the Online Store.
- The buyer is obliged to pay the total price, understood as the sum of the products’ price and the shipment price.
4 Delivery
- Timings. We will always try to ship your order within 24 hours. During particular releases, sales or holidays, the handling of your order may take up to 2-3 days.
- Untracked Shipping. Untracked shipping costs 3.50€ worldwide. Estimated delivery times for orders within the EU 14 work days. International orders 25 work days, after we have shipped your order. Untracked shipping is available worldwide but take into account that no tracking is involved and delivery times are longer. Your order is shipped with normal post without tracking by national post and distributed onwards to the postal service provider in the country of destination.
- Standard Shipping. Average cost 9.90€ within EU. Order is assigned a tracking number. Orders within the EU 5-8 business days. International orders 15-21 business days. Standard tracked service is only available to selected destinations.
- Fast Shipping. Average cost: 25€. Order is assigned a tracking number by DHL depending on the country of destination. Estimated delivery times worldwide: 2-6 business days after we have shipped your order. Premium tracked service is available to most destinations worldwide.
5 Returns
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at contact@emanui.com If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@emanui.com
- Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- The Seller shall bear the return costs up to the cheapest possible shipping method.
6 Complaints
- If, after the transfer of ownership of products to the Buyer, the products appear to have physical or legal defects, the Buyer may submit a complaint to the Seller under the warranty for defects.
- In the case of submitting a complaint to the Seller, the Buyer should promptly notify the Seller thereof through an electronic message sent to this e-mail address: contact@emanui.com . The notification must specify the defect which, in Buyer's opinion, the product has and, if possible, document the defect in question. The Seller will respond to the notification within 14 days of the submission.
- The Seller shall be liable under warranty for physical or legal defects of the sold item only if it is identified within two years from the delivery of the product to the Buyer.
- The Seller shall bear the return costs up to the cheapest possible shipping method.
7 Final provisions
- Differences between the appearance of the products presented on the website of the Online Store and the appearance of the products delivered to the Buyer, resulting from a change in the graphic form of packaging do not constitute grounds for a complaint about the purchased products.
- The Polish law is the law applicable in the relations between the Buyer and the Seller. However, the choice of Polish law does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded to him by provisions which cannot be excluded by agreement under the law of the consumer's country.
