a) providing services by electronic means in the form of: setting up and supporting an account on the www.emanui.com website, concluding and performing contracts for the sale of products ordered by the user in the Controller's online shop, the return and exchange of products and the handling of possible complaints (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
b) the fulfilment of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e.

- If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

XI. Final provisions
